About This Product
Snow peas (Pisum sativum var. saccharatum), known as mangetout in Europe, feature flat, bright-green pods with barely developed seeds. A staple in Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cooking, and equally at home in Western salads and stir-fries. Kenya produces snow peas in cool highland regions (1,800–2,800 m asl), maturing in 60–80 days.
